Fibre Safe Superior Clean and  Rinse. 

 

When it comes to carpet cleaning, we use a five-point cleaning process for the most thorough, residue free cleaning possible.

  1. Vacuum   

  2. Pre-Spray/Conditioner and deodorizer               

  3. Agitation

  4. High-flow organic rinse extraction                                               

  5. Final Groom

 

 

Our first step is to thoroughly vacuum your carpet to remove as much loose soil and dust as possible. We use a powerful commercial hoover to achieve this, thus meaning we pick up much more soil than your average Dyson or domestic hoover.

 

The second step is  to pre treat the carpet and any stains that a present. We use the best solutions possible. They are all child, pet and home friendly.

 

The fourth step is to agitate the carpet. A lot of cleaners skip this step (as well as the hovering). Agitating the carpet does a couple of things; firstly, it pushes the solution deeper into the fibre of the carpet, it also helps remove hair and fluff stuck in the fibres of the carpet. We often remove clumps of hair and fluff from the carpet and the bottom of our machine when we have completed this step.

 

The fifth step is to remove the solution and the soil from the carpet. We do this with our high-flow organic rinse extraction method also known as hot water extraction.  Using high pressure jets, neutralizing solutions are sprayed into the carpet to leave the fibres in the best condition possible, whilst this is happening, the soil and solution are sucked up using a very powerful vacuum system.

And the final step is a groom, by using a tool called a Grandi groom; we essentially brush the fibres of the carpet so they are all in one direction.
